MP3 Parameters

Frequency - the Frequency value for MP3 sampling
Bitrate - constant bitrate value for an MP3, the default is 128 kbps
Channels Mode - the channels mode for an MP3, it may be stereo or mono
Support VBR - check this item to support variable bitrate, otherwise, it will not support VBR
Min Bitrate - the minimum bitrate for VBR
Max Bitrate - the maximum bitrate for VBR

WAV Parameters
Frequency - the Frequency value for WAV sampling
Channels - the channels mode for a WAV, it may be stereo or mono, the default is stereo.
Bits - encoding bits value for per sample, the value may be 8 or 16, the default is 16.
